Celebrating Birthdays
At Pastures Way we are proud to have the Bedfordshire Under- 5s Healthy Eating Award which means we follow healthy eating guidelines. To look after our bodies and care for our teeth we do not eat sweets and cake in between meals.
Please note how we celebrate brilliant birthdays here in nursery:
- On your child’s birthday we will have a special celebration in the class
- Your child will wear a special birthday hat and sit on the birthday chair
- We will have a ‘fake’ cake to blow out candles
- Your child will receive a class birthday card and sticker
Please note you do not need to bring in anything extra for your child!
